Fun speed date of a film. Every man who’s ever dated knows it’s hard at times to impress her parents, but It’s practically impossible to impress her pets at times, and they outrank you at every turn. I know a woman who used to rent a small space to have sex with her boyfriend not to upset her dog. Joshua, our ‘anti-hero’ of this short, does his best. But while Eric disapproves, I certainly do.

WHO AM I? (World Premiere)

A simple premise is cleanly executed, relying on a great sense of pace and chemistry between the two leads as mother-daughter. Suspense builds, and intercutting between the supernatural elements of the questions with the everyday interplay of their situation creates a fun familial flic, with dark vein-like Time bandits condensed to the beginning and the end.
